How to apply for an APAD licence
Two channels are available for licence applications, renewals, change of ownership, and status checks:
1. Online — iSPKP
Visit https://iportal.ispkp.gov.my and create an account. iSPKP (Sistem Pelesenan Kenderaan Perdagangan) is the official commercial-vehicle licensing system for APAD.
2. In person — APAD regional office
Walk in to the APAD office serving your state. See the "Complaints & Contact" category for the full office list.
What you can do online
- Submit a new licence application
- Renew an existing licence

- Check application status
