How to file a complaint with APAD
Complaints relating to land public transport — bus services, taxi/e-hailing drivers, freight operators — can be filed through either of these channels:

What to include
- Vehicle registration number (where applicable)
- Date, time, and location of the incident
- Operator name and route number (for buses)
- Description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, receipts)
